The only downside was the size of the room and bed, But hey, itÂ’s NYC! Overall, itÂ’s a fantastic place to stay with a super friendly staff, The location is absolutely perfect!

The hotelÂ’s location is perfect for anyone wanting to be near the Times Square/Midtown area, ItÂ’s a nice place with a fantastic dessert shop attached, The check-in experience was smooth, and the staff were very welcoming,

MARIA MARIIIIIAAAAAAA!!! She is the treasure that just keeps on shining, Our time at OYO was fantastic, the location was perfect and the staff was incredibly welcoming, We can't wait to return JUST to see Maria again, Our only wish was that she could have joined us for T Pain!

outstanding location, room, comfort, and value, This was even more remarkable as it was situated right in the heart of Times Square,

The beds are incredibly comfortable, and while there isn't a fridge or microwave provided, you can easily request them,

The front desk team was fantastic (I wish I could remember names, but I'm not great at that), I arrived early for check-in, and they kindly stored my bags while I attended a convention, When I returned, I was pleasantly surprised to find out they had upgraded me to a king bed, The location was perfect, just a short walk to everything I needed to get to, The room was pretty standard, but that was exactly what I was looking for at this price point, and they do have mini fridges or microwaves available if you require them,

I saw the mixed reviews, but my daughter and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel during our quick trip to NYC for a show, If you're planning to visit Broadway or explore Times Square, this location is perfect, especially for the price, Every staff member we met was friendly and accommodating, Serendipity III is definitely on the pricier side with huge portions, but it was a fun experience for my daughter and convenient for grabbing a late-night snack, There was a little hiccup at check-in when we were given a key to a room that was being painted, but they resolved it quickly, and it wasn't a big deal, I recommend staying on a lower floor, though, since the elevators are a bit slow, The A/C was a bit noisy, but we didn't hear any outside sounds, and our room was simple yet clean and surprisingly spacious, We didn't inquire about a mini-fridge, but it would have been nice for storing leftovers, We would definitely stay here again!
