My stay was exactly what I was looking for, The room was clean and comfortable,the staff was friendly and professional, and the other guests I encountered were very courteous as well, If you're looking for a basic (no frills) place to stay that is inexpensive, clean, well-located, and safe, I highly recommend Extended Stay America - East,

Room is fairly large and has an easy to maintain wood floor, The property is a little older than some other Extended Stays I've been in, but this one is priced right, I note the 3:00 check in time is firm, There isn't a reception area, so I sat outside on a concrete retaining wall, Overall, a nice stay,

I have to give it to Joe, He helped me get into a room quickly and efficiently with an awesome rate, While I was staying, he was always making sure everything was clean, It always smelled like "Hospital clean" This place is well worth the price,
