I was denied my room by building manager, even though I provided the voucher In was instructed to present. She said all reservations had been cancelled the morning of my check in, and I could not have the room I rented. Spent an hour on phone with vrbo trying to get refund, still not completely resolved as they are asking for my credit card statement for reimbursement, and charges haven't yet appeared on my account on the website. Had to find another room at 1030 at night.
