1 Queen Bed | Non-Smoking, Kitchen

This hotel is being used as homeless shelter - there's no utensils, cookware or any item in the "kitchen". Even though I had a pre-paid reservation I was told there is no guarantee that I would get a room- my name was added to a waitlist! I have never had this kind of experience before at any hotel!! I'm checking out early & want a refund- this experience is totally unbeliveable

The stay was great, They were very pet friendly, The room was clean, The bed was comfortable but the pillows were very VERY thin

I like this hotel and the one across the Street on Westgate drive, They have a new person here working in the evening,, and her name is Manda and she is excellent I must say,, very tentative and friendly

It was cool to stay at the extended stay

It was great a place and very helpful to people like me that lost power and needed an escape from the heat,

Love this place, Been twice now and our room was gorgeous and very clean, the beds are very very comfortable, The hallway and staircase is filthy, Same dirt pile was there on my second stay that I saw two weeks prior and the icemaker on our refrigerator wasnt working, I did tell night staff and got a so what attitude and reply so that was disappointing, But overall I enjoyed and would come back
