Front desk staff (Lori) was very friendly and helpful upon our arrival, Rooms were clean (4 people in 2 different rooms), and our one room the bed was very hard, so I asked to move, and had no issues doing so to a room right next to our original one, Had all of the necessities, but no bells and whistles which was just fine for the type of trip we were taking (it was strictly for shopping), Not sure what all of fuss is about in other comments, but it was very comfortable and quiet,
