My stay at Extended Stay of America was amazing, I couldn't of picked a better hotel, There wasn't a single issue besides a minor noise complaint which the front desk employee s handled before I even thought about calling to complain,,,,,would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and ease of stay away from home!

I discovered this Chain a couple of years ago in Houston TX, I stayed here in Buffalo last weekend with my husband and son , The place is very clean and comfortable, The area seemed all very safe and close to major expressway and big shopping center, Also 25 minutes from Niagara Falls, Having the kitchen inside the room is really nice, You can make your own breakfast/lunch/dinner, We absolutely love this formula, Very friendly stuff,

I agree with the other reviews about how amazing Stephanie and Lori were through this entire extended stay that I have had, I also agree that people if you don't like the smell of cigarette smoke and you're outside God just walk away, Not too many years ago if I not mistaken smoking was cool well there are non-smokers and smokers and I do believe it would be a nice thing if that was respected on all properties if we have to smoke outside there should be an area for us to do so,
