Guest room, 1 Queen Bed

The young lady at the front desk didnÂ’t say much when we arrived and seemed a bit distracted, possibly by her phone, It felt like she wasnÂ’t really engaged in her job, However, everything else was great, The room was clean, spacious, and the view of the city skyline from the rooftop was fantastic, The train station to the city was just a few blocks away, making it super easy to get into town, Overall, it was a wonderful stay for the price, I would definitely come back here,

Regrettably, I had to cancel my booking, but I must praise the exceptional customer service I experienced, Should I have the chance to visit again, I will definitely choose to stay here,

Had a fantastic first stay, The rooms are simple but perfectly fine, and the bed was comfy, Super close to the subway and a Starbucks, Very peaceful, Lots of great spots on Jackson Ave nearby, and the front desk team was awesome,,, big thanks to Travis and the lovely lady with blonde hair whose name escapes me, Will definitely stay with Sonder again!

Pros: Excellent value hotel with spacious, clean rooms, The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless, WiFi connection was reliable, They have a rooftop terrace that offers a fantastic view of the city, There's a lounge on the ground floor with lockers available for your luggage, The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, Just a short 6-minute walk to the nearest metro stations, as well as plenty of restaurants and bars nearby,

Super convenient location near the 7 train, fantastic rooftop patios, the bed was comfortable, but there was very little space for toiletries in the bathroom, The elevator was really slow (we ended up taking the stairs for four flights to avoid it…), The doors are quite thin, so you can hear every door slamming and conversations in the hallway—this made it tough to get a good night's sleep,

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this place (peaceful, tidy, in good condition, fairly priced), but there were a few aspects that prevented me from giving it a five-star rating, The beds were quite firm (at least for my wife and me), The rooms felt a bit small with limited shelf space in the bathroom, Additionally, the AC unit seemed underpowered (it took hours for the temperature to drop a couple of degrees), and it wasn't particularly hot outside,
