About Property

Petterssons Hus is located in the small town of Ankarsrum, between Vimmerby in the interior and Västervik on the Baltic Sea. Both towns are a good 20 km apart, making it a great base for all kinds of activities.
Brief description of the house:
Living room with a new fireplace, flat-screen satellite TV, home cinema system with DVD player and Bluetooth, and internet connection; dining room for up to 9 people;
Kitchen with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, waffle iron, raclette set, iron, ironing board, and, of course, everything you need for everyday use;
Small bathroom with toilet and shower on the ground floor;
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms with 1.60m bed, 1 bedroom with 1.40m bed, 1 bedroom with 1m bed
Guest house (available from mid-June to early September): 2 single beds (0.90m wide) that can be combined to form a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed;
Ground-floor basement: Bathroom with 2 sinks, shower, separate toilet, washing machine; dryer, freezer, 2nd refrigerator; sauna (Finnish, herbal sauna, and steam bath),
Open and covered balcony.

Large garden (sloping property 1,650 sqm) with a large play area, various niches, access to the forest; mushroom and berry paradise

Max. 2 dogs are allowed (€45 per dog per stay)
Rental price includes bed linen and towels, electricity, water, internet, and firewood
