Awesome!! Peter is really a SUPER Host, helpful and very sweet and friendly. A must for anyone who likes to relax and enjoy. The location is one-off and offers many possibilities for walking. Very hospitable reception. Beautiful studios with a beautiful decoration. The forests around the domain are very relaxing. Definitely recommended for anyone who wants to escape from the hustle and bustle and relax in the blissful and green north of Portugal. The hospitality of the Portuguese is a a major asset for choosing northern Portugal as a travel destination, and even for visitors who still want to visit the bustle of Porto, there is a convenient train connection in the neighboring town of Penafiel that will immediately introduce you to the breathtaking station of the city of Porto. worth repeating!

Our navigation system had trouble finding the address, so when but just call the owners. We proved to be right nearby and were able to drive up to the owner who was driving towards us. Warm welcome with bread, wine, jams and the like, the owners are very friendly and give all kinds of fun and useful tips about the area. plenty to do and see in the area. The accommodation was basic but good at the basics, especially the bathroom. Downside of the accommodation was that there was no air conditioning and the temperature could rise considerably. In the afternoon you could because of the heat hardly sit on the terrace. But all in all had a nice week!

What a warm welcome! Information about the sights, fresh pastries, fruit, bottle of wine, not to mention the delicious jams made by Fons itself. The apartment was clean and the terrace you have a beautiful view. A lovely swimming pool makes it complete. The area is not super touristy and residents of the village incredibly friendly. Enough restaurants in the area.
