This comfortable holiday home is located in the authentic village of Salir do Porto. It has a beautiful view over the bay of São Martinho do Porto and the green surroundings. Especially from the terrace around the heated, communal swimming pool you have a breathtaking view of the nearby beaches of Salir do Porto and São Martinho do Porto. This lovely holiday villa has 3 bedrooms with a private bathroom and is ideal for a holiday with friends or family. You can take a refreshing dip in the pool on hot days and splash around with your children.
The house consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find the well-equipped kitchen and living room with TV and radio. One of the bedrooms and 1 bathroom can also be found here. On the 1st floor you will find the other 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is 1 cot available. You will find a restaurant just 200 m away, so you don't have to go far to eat out for an evening. If you prefer to cook yourself, you can do your shopping 500 m away. The famous Miradouro de Salir do Porto viewpoint offers you a beautiful view of the city and is only 750 m away. .
Remarks
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Adorei a estadia. A casa era extamente igual à das fotografias, muito bem decorada e acolhedora e inserida num local muito tranquilo, ideal para descansar. A psicina era top! O Sr. Alex e a Anne, são pessoas muito simpáticas e sempre disponÃveis, para apoiar no que fosse necessário. É sem dúvida, uma experiência a repetir. A tÃtulo de melhoria, deixo como recomendação de segurança, a colocação na casa de um extintor composto por pó quÃmico ABC, para utilização na eventualidade de ocorrer um incêndio, de uma manta ignÃfuga e de uma caixa de primeiros socorros. Muito obrigada! Ângela Meneses s extintores ABC são compostos por pó quÃmico à base de fosfato de amónio. Este agente extintor atua por inibição no combate a incêndios, eliminando a propagação do fogo em cadeia e impedindo-o de se multiplicar, agindo de uma forma rápida e eficazmente na extinção das chamas.
