Beautiful alpine village jewel on the sunny Zettersfeld plateau, above Lienz with a fantastic view of the city and the Dolomites (1,840 m above sea level). Built with original components from old farmhouses in the area, the four rustic semi-detached houses harmonize wonderfully with the landscape. The sunny plateau is a spacious, family-friendly hiking area with the mountain backdrop of the Lienz Dolomites to the south. The ideal starting point for hikers and bikers, a paradise for families with children and a wonderful place for a relaxing and carefree holiday.

Use of the sauna and pool area (only possible during hotel opening hours from June 28th to September 6th)
Meals also available for an additional charge (only possible during hotel opening hours from June 28th to September 6th)
Use of the tennis court and guided hikes 3 times a week in July and August
Activities nearby: In July and August you can use the indoor pool, tennis court and sauna in the sports hotel next door free of charge and guided hikes are offered 3 times a week. Swimming opportunities in the Dolomiten outdoor pool in Lienz or in the Tristacher See lido (approx. 5 km from Lienz). The Dolomitenbad has 4 heated pools, a children's area and a lawn. For families or anyone who loves relaxing bike rides, there are easy routes, along the way of which nice restaurants entice you to stop for a break and sights lighten up the day of cycling. While hiking on the Zettersfeld you can enjoy fantastic views and watch the paragliders take off
Remarks
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
(Youth) groups only on request. In the period from November to March, this property cannot be booked through TUI Ferienhaus. Bread delivery service only

Great location of the holiday accommodation in Hochlienz / Zettersfeld at the middle station of the Lienz mountain railways. The apartment is housed in an old-style farmhouse. The staff of the associated sports hotel was very friendly and paid close attention to the wishes of the guests. You felt very well looked after, and the kiosk where you could buy small things like milk or bread in the sports hotel made a big contribution to the comfort. It was great that you could start the hiking tours from the accommodation. Only the term semi-detached house in the property description did not lead one to expect that one had rented only one of three apartments in a "semi-detached house". This was a bit misleading. All in all, our holiday was wonderful and we were very satisfied with the accommodation and the staff at the Sporthotel.
