Large dining table, perfect for long dinners with family or friends. French doors to the (partially) covered terrace. Bedroom with double box-spring bed (2 single duvets). Bathroom with bathtub, shower, and sink. Separate toilet.
Upper floor: Two bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds and their own flat-screen TV. Children's room with crib (including safety rail). Second bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Separate room with washing machine and dryer.
Garden: Large, sheltered garden with sunny and shady spots. Covered terrace with comfortable garden furniture. Spacious jetty on the water, ideal for boat or swimming enthusiasts. Luxury outdoor spa & outdoor shower for ultimate relaxation. 2 private parking spaces on site. Extra: Cot and high chair available. Pets allowed (max. 1). Smoking allowed indoors. A deposit of €200 is required for this house.
