Had a lot of extra stress because Belvilla was not prepared to solve problems. As a result, we also had to incur many additional costs, approximately double the original price. Belvilla also does not answer complaints by telephone, email, or their web page. Even waited on the phone for more than an hour for a connection that was then simply disconnected without speaking to anyone on the line. And for 2 weeks I was told that I had to be patient because I would receive an answer within 3 days. Not. Very bad experience with Belvilla. Will NEVER use their service again, rather than a holiday home. Anything better than the chance of another experience like this.
