About Property
These comfortably furnished detached bungalows are spread out over the Drentse Wold holiday park. You have the choice of three different types, a 4-5 pers. variant with sauna and solarium (NL-9423-06), a 6-pers. standard bungalow (NL-9423-07) or a 6-pers. child friendly bungalow (NL-9423-08). The latter has a kids/playroom with raised bed. In the NL-9423-08 there are also toys, a cot, high chair and playpen. For the littlest ones, there is a bath, rocker, commode and dressing cushion. All bungalows have a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and a garden with terrace and garden furniture.

We had a lovely time at this holiday home, The fireplace was perfect for cozy evenings after our hikes in the Drents-Friese Wold, The bungalow was clean and comfortable, just what we needed for a family getaway, Only downside was the lack of some kitchen utensils, but it didn’t ruin our experience, Would definitely recommend it to friends!

The house and the entire park are very well maintained. A great place to enjoy the peace and quiet. We like the direct location in nature. Excursion destinations are easy to reach from here. We can only recommend the park. Fam. Böhmer from Weilerswist with 2 adults and a child 10 years old.

Quiet car-free park in beautiful surroundings. The park itself does not have many facilities, but we were not looking for that. The WiFi was very weak and unfortunately cannot be used outside on the terrace. The cottage is fine otherwise, but could still be a little schooner.Wij, despite the above comments, had a wonderful stay. Worth repeating!

The cottage is described as a 6 person cottage. There are indeed 6 beds. However, the living space downstairs is tight. The garden is also not large and is located right on the terrace of the neighbors. The conversations can be followed verbatim. The house did not smell fresh upon entering. Luckily this is only for 1 week.

The Drentse Wold is a compact, quiet park with lots of greenery and many birds. There are various play areas for smaller children. The bungalows are comfortable, fairly spacious and equipped with many amenities. The immediate vicinity of the park offers ample opportunities for cycling and walking. There are a few basic shops in Hoogersmilde. More shops and restaurants can be found in neighboring towns, eg in Diever or Appelscha.
