Located at the foot of the 60 m high Lemerberg in the pleasant town of Lemele, you will find this beautiful, recently renovated group house. This 5 bedroom house can accommodate 10 guests and is ideal for family vacations. The Sallandse Heuvelrug is located between the Hanseatic cities of Deventer and Zwolle on one side and Twente on the other. The area, which originated in the Ice Age, consists of no less than 26 hills, the river Regge and the largest continuous dry heathland in northwestern Europe. You can organize excellent walking and cycling tours here. With spacious bathrooms, a games room and a large kitchen, this home allows you to enjoy your vacation like no other. The garden is furnished with attractive garden furniture and you can park your car in the parking lot. Due to the corona rules, this house can only be booked until the end of May for people from 1 household + the number of guests allowed until then. Bookings that do not comply with these rules will be canceled.
Remarks
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

We were with 7 friends in this house. It was a beautiful, tastefully renovated home with plenty of space. The kitchen is practically arranged, the beds are good, and it was very nice that there are no bunk beds since we are all over 65. The dining and sitting area is also fine. Contact with the owner was very pleasant, the small issue that arose was resolved by him the same day. There was also enough parking space for 4 cars. Beautiful surroundings for walking or cycling. It could very well be that we come back again.

Very nice house with a huge garden. My father with a wheelchair was also there and we didn’t have any problems with the wheelchair in the house regarding doors, bathroom etc. Also very good communication. A restaurant is directly on the other side of the street.

Beautiful, modern, cozy house, very quiet. More than enough space for 10 people. Kitchen is well equipped. Nice, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Mattresses are on the soft side, but are fine. Perfect starting point for beautiful walks in the area. We had a wonderful weekend. A few minor points: we had some difficulty with the combination lock on the front door, it took a long time after arrival before the living room was at a pleasant temperature, showers did not flow properly
