Plus - Park location, nice environment - Robust furniture downstairs - Crockery, cutlery, etc., more than sufficient Min - Cold house on arrival +/- 16 degrees because the owner remotely sets the heating very low when no guests are present, it takes about 24 hours before the house is up to temperature because it is a low temperature heating (heat pump). No warm welcome here! - Beds not made, even though this is added as standard by Belvilla for EUR 40. Picked up sheet packages at reception and did it yourself. - House not really clean (leaves on beds, crumbs in kitchen cupboards, sticky countertop and bathroom sink, dust/spiders in hard-to-reach places and the windows could also be washed occasionally) - There is only 1 double sofa and no separate chairs except the dining table chairs. - Small kitchenette - Furniture upstairs simple, a rickety rack and Ikea cupboard per room For those who want to come in the summer: - There is a fan in 1 bedroom, so probably very warm in the summer. There are no mosquito screens in this house, while some other houses have them. - House is located around a landscaped pond with other new-build homes, the house is located opposite the bowling alley. In the winter it was quiet, because there is hardly anyone in the park, but in the summer there is a terrace at the bowling/brasserie.
