This spacious holiday home is situated in Schellinkhout. Ideal for a group of friends or family, there are 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 guests. This home has fenced garden and terrace for you to have a lovely time outdoors.
The lake is 100 m from the home if you wish to explore nature at its best. The nearest supermarkets are only 5.7 km away. You can a dip at the public swimming pool, 7.8 km away from the home.
Central heating is in place to make your stay a comfortable one. A charcoal barbecue can be used to make a sizzling platter of barbecue for the loved ones. Parking is available for the guests. Play equipment and sandpit is placed for recreational purposes. Bicycles are available if you wish to explore the little town.
Check-in begins from 4-5 PM and check-out are from 9-10 AM.

Everything fine. Very friendly landlady. Great house very clean and tidy. Everything was there what you need. Ideal for children. Our girls have already said on the departure that we come here again. We were very satisfied and had a relaxing holiday. Thank you to the landlady. We felt well and will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended for holidays on the farm.

Super nice family vacation! We had two wonderful weeks with Ingrid and her family! The house was spotlessly clean and comfortably furnished. There was enough space for us (two adults and four children aged 4-13). The children were allowed to participate in everything from cowshed visits to calf birth and tractor rides. Our big one even got a canoe out of the shed! Every question was answered. We adults enjoyed the peace and great views (especially on the terrace) while the children had a lot of room to play. The house is located very close to the Markermeer and man is by train very comfortable in 30 minutes at the central station in Amsterdam. All in one class!

To bridge during our move, we stayed 2 weeks in the beautiful house on the farmyard of Gerard and Ingrid. We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed the free view over the pasture. Sheep regularly walked by. The children were often found among the cows in the barn. Very nice that they could help with feeding and riding on the tractor. Petting the cats and cuddling with the dog make the party complete. Definitely a must for the summer if you like peace, cows and pancakes of fresh milk!

It was a great vacation. Though with changing weather, but beautifully round. Great environment and also the landlords are a hit. The town of Hoorn is close to where you really get everything. Even Lidl and Aldi can be found there. Also nice events and restaurants are available. Our children were able to participate actively in the farm life. All in all, three weeks went by far too quickly.

This is a lovely property in a tranquil location; away from it all yet only five minutes from a beach and fifteen from a supermarket. The house is located on peaceful farmland and suitable for people of all ages. We were a family of five (ranging in age from 51 to 10) and we all had an excellent holiday - August 2015.
