Marl home with spa, sauna in the city center

The property is spacious and well-maintained, The living area was comfortable for our group, and having a washing machine was a real convenience, It’s also in a great location, close to restaurants and attractions, A practical choice for families,

The key code was difficult to find, and we were short on forks, even after reporting it. Everything else was fine.

Nice little house. Comfortable beds and pleasant shower. The kitchen is a bit small for 8 people. Not much kitchenware and only 6 chairs at the table. We took two garden chairs to be able to sit together. This worked out. Unfortunately, the quality of the garden chairs was just mediocre. The legs of 2 of them simply fell out when lifting.

With 7 ladies. Stayed for the weekend in the lovely little house. Right in the center. Everything was clean and well-maintained.

We spent a great week in this accommodation. The highlight was the jacuzzi! The central location is also a big plus. We have sent some suggestions to the owner to make the stay even more pleasant. It is important to mention that there is no parking at the house; the cheapest option is to park the car at the station.

Starting with the good points: The house has a perfect location and the beds are good, there are also enough seats and dishes for 6 to 8 people. The less good points unfortunately made our stay a lot less pleasant: Parking is only possible at a considerable distance and costs a considerable amount. So be prepared to lug it around. The house was dirty; cobwebs, dirty plates and in the coffee machine that had not been cleaned for a long time, there was still a layer of coffee. It was very dusty inside. Outside there was a half-full stinking Kliko on the terrace, which was very dirty because you are supposed to eat and enjoy your stay a few meters from that Kliko. The hot tub was broken, (also not level) and there was no solution for that. Communication about this was broken off by the homeowner. Also keep in mind that the house is right next to a church that rings its bells every fifteen minutes, where the sound is so loud that it sounds like they are ringing in the house itself.
