Great, clean, spacious, everything available, friendly owners

It is a very luxurious holiday home that is neat and tidy upon arrival. We were welcomed with coffee and pie. It is also nice that there are plenty of towels and kitchen linens. The landlords are nice people who are considerate. However, the downside is the terribly high toilets. I can't reach the ground with my feet when I sit on them. And the terribly high mirror in the bathroom makes it practically unusable for me.

A very nice environment, a super friendly welcome with coffee and a Limburg pie. Neatly clean, comfortable beds, everything complete. Towels, soap, shower lotion, really everything is there, I have not seen this often

What a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday in Limburg. The garden is really a lovely place to sit and you can walk there from your house. Alpacas, sheep and chickens are there. Plenty of room to play. The owner had not set up the trampoline yet, but when he saw that the children were there, he did so, very nice. The house is neat and complete, bathroom very neat, nice shower. Beds are very good. You notice in everything that the owners are very careful with their house: there are notes everywhere that you are not allowed to put anything on the windowsills and we were often urged to throw our waste daily in the large containers due to possible odor development. Bicycles can be neatly stored in the spacious shed: please note that you will receive a remote control, which opens the door. We did not know that and were fiddling with the key that did not work, which resulted in a misunderstanding with the owner (we had temporarily put the bicycle in the hall near the front door, which was certainly not the intention) which we were very sorry because we really didn't mean it wrong. Because of this we had a bit of a nervous start to the holiday but in the end we were able to relax. All previous reviews are actually correct. It is neat, the owners provide a warm welcome and farewell. Yes, you can indeed hear people talking through the wall during the day and in the evening, we didn't mind. They will have heard us too. Highly recommended, especially in good weather if you can sit outside.

Ruim, schoon en mooi huisje op een erg mooie plek in Epen. Eigenaars zijn erg vriendelijk. Bakker en supermarkt binnen wandelafstand bereikbaar.
