A great welcome from an extremely friendly host! The cottage is very clean, cozy and fully equipped. The view is fantastic, through and through South Limburg!

Great cottage. Lovely area although I wasn't expecting as many hills 😀

From 25 to 29 April we were allowed to use this fantastic location. We stayed in the cottage "Hummesknupke". This is the smallest of the 3 but for our family (2 adults, 2 teenagers and 1 dog) more than enough. The cottage has been perfectly renovated, it is super clean, everything is in perfect order and all amenities are available. The owner is a friendly man who lives in the front area and who received us warmly. Environment is really beautiful and Liège, Vaals, Valkenburg and Maastricht are nearby. We really enjoyed it here and the restaurants around here are also great. In other words, highly recommended.

We got an upgrade due to renovation and were therefore in the largest apartment. Afterwards we were very happy with that because with 4 adults, the apartment we rented (hummesknupke) seemed very narrow and small. We would also have found it too expensive for the price at which we had actually rented our rented apartment. The apartment is excellently clean and complete. Reception is very friendly and hospitable. The weather was against us, of course nobody can do anything about that. From a practical point of view, we found that it was still a bit difficult. The couch is really bad. Now we are elderly people with back problems, but the backrest is so low that you really can't find any support in the back. Sitting on a dining table chair all day is also not pleasant. Since everything is filled with luxury, delicious coffee from the coffee machine, it is a pity that sitting well is not possible. The beds are excellent! That is very nice! Tip is also good lighting to be able to read well in the evening .... yes, the older eyes may also play a role there, but again with so much luxury that is still nice if you can read well. The area is beautiful, we would have liked to see more of it. We were lucky enough to be able to eat out again and there is plenty of opportunity to do so. Affordable and good food. In the main street is a bakery / supermarket which is great for groceries. All in all we had a great holiday where we would like to advise you some tips: good seating options and good light. Thanks for the hospitality!!

Recommended! It is a nice house, equipped with luxury and comfort. Warm welcome with Limburg pie, super clean, cozy and fully furnished, good beds and a view of sheep and hills. In the immediate vicinity you can enjoy walking and cycling, in the village there is a good bakery and small but well-stocked supermarket, there are terraces and restaurants nearby. The Hummesknupke cottage was fine for us as a family of 4, but with 6 people it seems a bit tight, then I would choose one of the other 2 cottages.

Beautiful place where almost nothing is missing. Beautiful environment. Beautiful weather. And nearby dining options galore.
