I booked the specific accomodation for the sauna and bath. I arrived after a 3 hour journey to get a smaller place with no sauna or bath. The reception told me it was there just not clean so would be ready tomorrow. Ruining half a day to a 3 day trip, we move. They move us at the last house on the street, next to the building site. The large house meant to have a garden/terrace with furniture is not there. Every other house on the street has this except us. We smoke and looked for this specifically. I complain again and they tell us to use next door as it is empty. This is Monday. We are here until Wednesday. So there is a good chance someone might book this and we lose our covered, seated smoking area which is not at our door, as we were meant to have. The staff are not helpful at all.
