Some things could be adjusted, such as the plumbing, a lot of spider webs in the house, the beds are really very soft, some kind of ventilation because it can get really warm, a slightly larger TV in the bedroom, and more frying pans, but other than that, it is a nice little house to rent and it looks quite cozy, plus there is a lot to do in the area.
