Apartment in Noordwijk near Beach

The location of the apartment is great. The bathroom is huge and comfortable by Dutch standards. - But: The heating in the bedroom didn't work. We could have used them with the December temperatures of down to minus 6°C. A major disadvantage, however, was the construction noise right on the parallel boulevard, which could also be heard from 7:15 a.m. Monday through Saturday, even with the bedroom window closed. Although this is known and the road works will last from September 2022 to April 2023 according to construction signs, this was not pointed out. We would have liked to have received compensation from the owner, but this does not appear to be possible through Belvilla. Pity!!!

The apartment was renovated and furnished to a high standard a few years ago. Location and view are great - large balcony and window front with a direct view of the sea. The small room with the bunk bed is actually a bit cramped, but that didn't bother the kids. And if in doubt, there is a sofa bed in the living area, which is still big enough. Car is in the underground car park, elevator (for luggage) available. Only in the stairwell is it very smelly, but not in the apartment. Despite the restaurants on the boulevard directly below, it is quiet in the apartment. Relevant things such as beds and bathroom/toilet are cleaned very well, the rest is a bit superficial, but ok. The handover on arrival/departure was easy, the manager was very friendly. Only Noordwijk an Zee as a place we didn't like that much, is also due to the development of buildings like that of the holiday apartment. But you usually look out from inside and not the other way around;-) The booking on the Belvilla side can be improved because of the somewhat irritating final pricing, but we didn't have the sometimes reported problems after booking.

Top apartment, fully equipped with sea views right on the boulevard. Fantastic sunsets every night, beach across the street and restaurants just below us.

I absolutely LOVED the apartment! It is beautifully appointed with plenty of items to make anyone’s stay enjoyable. Location is stupendous—- less than a minute walk to the beach which you can see from the living room and outdoor balcony. There is so much space… more than enough for a family of five. The extra bed that comes out of the leather sofa is very comfortable too! I appreciated the parking spot in the garage and the elevator to transport all our things and help my elderly mom get around easily. In the parking garage there is also a little library of books, magazines and music cds you can borrow! For those traveling with little kids, this is the place for you! There are games and puzzles in the bottom of the china closet AND there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Mr. Huismans was very welcoming and answered my questions promptly and kindly. I would love to return with my family next time I’m visiting my mom!! We had an amazing time relaxing, shopping at the many stores nearby and eating great food from the plethora of restaurants steps away from the building! —— Sally from USA is a huge fan :)

The first thing you see when you enter your apartment is the sea. The apartment is fully equipped. All amenities are within walking distance. The use of the parking garage is of course very nice. You can enjoy a lovely walk on the beach and through the dunes. In short: highly recommended!

Excellent accommodation with a very central location.

We are now for the third time in this apartment. Last year the awning was broken which was very annoying because the apartment is in full sun. Last year it was said that it would be made, but it never happened. This is a reason for us not to book the apartment anymore

A nice apartment but .... I missed a small frying pan to fry 1 egg. And maybe mention that you can only enter the bathroom through the master bedroom.
