About Property
This detached, restyled villa is located at the North Sea Résidence Cadzand-Bad, a mere 400 m from the North Sea beach and 13 km from the well-known, cosy Belgian seaside resort of Knokke.
This two-floor luxurious villa is fully and comfortably furnished. On the ground floor, you will find an open kitchen, including a dishwasher and combination microwave, and the living room with a TV with a streaming function. There are also two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal. On the first floor, you will find another five bedrooms (three rooms for two people and two rooms for three people). There are three bathrooms, one ensuite with a shower, one with a shower and a lovely infrared sauna and one with a bath. On the landing, you will find two separate toilets. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup.
Venture through the French doors to reach the garden with a covered terrace with garden furniture, a patio heater and two sun loungers. There's room to park four cars at the villa. A washing machine and dryer are at your disposal in the storage room, where you can store your bicycles. The villa is child-friendly. There is a stair gate upstairs, a high chair, a bed and a bath, and a cart at the villa. A cot can be placed in two of the bedrooms.

When booking, the description of the house positions it 30m from the beach. On the contrary, it was far away. There were a few kitchen utensils missing. Otherwise, very pleasant house, very spacious.

The house is beautiful. However, the floors were poorly vacuumed and not mopped. Bathrooms were clean but very poorly equipped. Hardly any storage space, some hooks for towels are missing. Indoor playground too small, few possibilities for the smallest guests. No mobile stair gate for the EC. In a bathroom on the 1st floor/sauna mold on the ceiling.
