Villa in Cadzand-Bad near North Sea Coast

Beautiful house, nicely decorated, enough bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. The location is great, so close to the beach and sea. Nice park, looks like a village, not really a holiday village. Given the number of houses/people, it was wonderfully quiet. The cleaning was not entirely optimal here and there, but overall the house was clean. People at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. In short, had a great stay and would definitely return.

The dishwasher was already broken when we arrived. The wheels of the rack were missing.

Very convenient house for a group of 13 people. The greenery around is well maintained. We had a small problem that was solved immediately. Very friendly people at the service point.

The house is beautiful. Very large and equipped with all amenities. The downside is that it is quite noisy.

A beautiful house that we have been going to for a few years now. But we are not happy with Belvilla during this holiday. After we were told that we could rebook free of charge, we still had to pay a lot of rebooking costs. We were told that we had to pay everything for the new booking and that we had to call back and then everything would be fine. Well, we could not get that employee on the line again and after calling several times again, we can whistle for our money. Now we have emailed a complaint but have not received a response. It cannot be the case that we now have to pay so much money because we were wrongly informed by an employee? While we just called to find out how much money it would be if we were to rebook. If we had known that it would be so many hundreds of euros, we would never have done that! This is very bad! We hope that Belvilla will still resolve this with us... Very unprofessional Belvilla! We have booked with great pleasure for years, but unfortunately if you do not resolve it, you will lose us (at least 2 families) and have a bad reference for you in our area.

Booked for the 3rd year in a row for a family weekend (12p) in Cadzand. Beautiful house with all comforts. Easily accessible, nice walking and cycling possibilities. Enjoyed the sun and the sea! We will come back in 2025 as soon as we have found a date that suits everyone.

We stayed in a beautiful house, fully equipped and everything looked clean. Lovely large table where we could sit with 12 people. Spacious bedrooms with good beds. Very quiet location.

Very nice house with large garden in a quiet, well-maintained park. Multiple activities for both children as adults on the domain with indoor swimming pool. Beach a 15-minute walk away

A spacious and decent house. The rooms are spacious and there are enough bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped, although we missed some cooking utensils to cook for 14 people. Can be solved creatively ;-), but a bit time consuming. The garden is really not small and the storage room is very useful to keep bicycles safe. Beach and sea very close.
