Villa in Cadzand-Bad near North Sea Beach

Large house, needs renovation and could use a coat of paint. Little storage space in the bathroom and bedrooms upstairs.

The location of the house in the domain is ideal. The domain is beautiful. The house could have been cleaned a bit better. The refrigerator is too small for nine people and there was also no large cooking pot.

Great location by the water. Well-furnished house, plenty of seating options inside and outside. Well-maintained with the added bonus of a hammock and a rowing boat.

Beautiful park. Ample space. Close to the beach. Great.

We arrived, and the lock was broken… had to go back to the reception for a key to get inside. Once inside, it smelled very musty, we opened everything to air it out… then we saw that it was not clean at all… even on both toilets there was feces on the toilet seats… reported it immediately, after an hour someone came who said, I can't come alone with 2 colleagues. In the meantime, we used cleaning wipes on the kitchen cabinet doors (there was food on the outside) after a few hours, two friendly ladies came who cleaned the toilet in their own way. We were sitting in the garden having drinks. We saw that it had been cleaned with blue stuff, but the feces were not gone. In short, the villa was very shabby, the tables were dirty with rings on them and it smelled musty. Very disappointing, I paid a lot of money for it. And we were not happy. Great and beautiful park, friendly and helpful staff. Had a wonderful meal in the restaurant and ordered a gourmet in the park. This was great and a lot. However, the cottage was in poor condition. Everything was outdated, not tastefully decorated, kitchen with pieces missing... very dated. The dishwasher was clogged and full of food scraps from the previous guests, but this was promptly and neatly resolved by the park staff. The previous guests had also put dirty dishes in the cupboards. They can't do much about this at the park, but maybe they could check a bit better during cleaning. Overall, despite the cottage, we had a very nice weekend, but I don't know if we would choose this park again because of the outdated cottages.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The sauna was a fantastic touch after long days spent at Cadzand Bad Beach, which is only a short walk away, The open kitchen was well-equipped and made it easy for us to prepare meals together, Highly recommend for families!

The villa's layout worked well for our group, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking, Though we encountered a minor issue with the Wi-Fi, the hosts were quick to resolve it, Overall, a pleasant stay and we would definitely consider returning!

The garden views from the terrace were stunning! We enjoyed breakfast outside every morning, The kitchen had everything we needed for self-catering, which was a plus,

This place is a hidden gem! It’s just a short walk to the beach and the villa itself is beautifully furnished, Perfect for families looking to relax and unwind,
