The house itself was beautiful and spacious. Unfortunately, it was sticky and full of sand left by the previous guests. What made our experience bad is that we suddenly received a bill of 145 euros from Dormio, separate from Belvilla. Additionally, instead of paying 8x10.95 for linen, we had to pay 12x10.95, while Belvilla had indicated that we should pay 8x10.95. So, we ended up spending an extra 189 euros for a weekend. Unfortunately, we have not yet received a response from Belvilla after multiple phone calls and an email. We still hope that something will be done about this.

Upon arrival, the changes in the number of guests had not been received. It took a very long time to sort that out, and at checkout, the lady at the reception wanted me to pay the bill again. Fortunately, I had kept the receipts. But there was no apology, nothing. The house was also not really clean, and the dining chairs were uncomfortable. It was difficult to spend a few hours playing games. The beds could also use replacement, and there were many stains on the brown mattress covers. In short, for the money we paid, I do not feel that the price and quality are in proportion.
