This detached holiday home with private sauna is located in the beautiful Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad holiday park, which opened in 2023. It is located 16 km. from the famous Belgian seaside resort of Knokke. The scenic North Sea beach is only 1.2 km away.
The holiday home is ideal for a relaxed holiday with the whole family. The house is furnished in a comfortable and complete way and covers two floors. On the ground floor you will find a nice living room with smart TV with streaming function. The modern kitchen with cooking island features, among other appliances, a double Bora hob, two combi ovens, two dishwashers, a wine fridge and an automatic coffee bean machine. There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds. box-spring beds, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup. Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, one featuring a bath and one a sauna and a shower. In one of the bedrooms you have access to a smart TV with streaming function. There is a separate toilet in the hall. Upstairs you have another five bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds, in either a double or twin setup. Two of the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower and toilet and one bedroom has a bathroom featuring a bath, shower and toilet. The fourth bathroom, accessible via the landing, has a shower and toilet. In two of the upstairs bedrooms you will find a smart TV with streaming function.
Through the French doors you enter the spacious garden featuring a patio and garden furniture. Parking for three cars is available at the holiday home. Here you will also find a charging station for your electric car.
At the Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad holiday park, various holiday homes, bungalows, villas and group accommodations can be booked for two to twenty people. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools at the resort will be open from July 7, 2023.

Accommodation was great. Service was mediocre. Friendly staff but no reserve toilet paper on the holder, 1 tea towel and kitchen towel (for 10 people), no spare garbage bag. A bit stingy. It should be better for such a price.
House 73 Musty smell from both refrigerators....

House 73 Musty smell from both refrigerators. Bedding was also musty and in one bedroom the bed smelled like a dog. There were cigarette butts everywhere in the garden and around the house. There was not enough cutlery for the entire group. The parasol was clearly broken before we arrived... the cleaning staff had left it. There was no Dutch-speaking staff at the snack bar, and there were ashtrays on the tables that were overflowing with butts next to them. The head chef of the park restaurant went outside to smoke and then cooked food again without washing his hands. As a group, we rented electric bikes, but 3 of us received the wrong battery. When these got stuck and didn’t work, we had to wait for the technical service to come, while there were plenty of other bikes available. The reception staff who made the mistake supposedly couldn’t change the bikes in the computer. This wasted a lot of our time for no reason. No apologies either. Upon departure, we reported that we had already mentioned this in an interim review to Bellvila online... it’s not the same organization... so nothing had been done about it. A shame for a park with a lot of potential.
