After 2 years we could finally get away for a weekend. Thanks to Roompot it was a super weekend. But we will NEVER book through Belvilla AGAIN. They are totally unreachable and promises to call back are not kept. You can only get in touch when it comes to money. Otherwise you have to make do with voicemail, emails that don't arrive and promises to be called back. Out of necessity, I eventually contacted Roompot, and thanks to them we were able to move the holiday, of course because of Corona, to the time and place where we wanted. Roompot will be on our list again next time, but no longer via Belvilla.

Contact went better via Roompot.+ house was clean+ staff was nice+ enough playground for kids+ beds good + house nice and spacious swimming pool very small and overdue maintained opening hours bar closed 21:00 was disappointing - chose rabbit far too short 5 to 10 minutes - both pool tables defective during a large part of the stay dinner had to make some concessionsUnderstand that staff is difficult ... but they do pay the full price.

A wonderfully spacious holiday home for our family of five. For the official 10 people, the kitchen is especially on the tight side (normal 4-burner gas stove). Advantages: the sauna, the two bathrooms (one with a bath), good ventilation, large garden around, wonderful beds. Small downside: checking out before 10:00 in the morning is a bit early.

The day before arrival it was mentioned by telephone that we would get another house. From a 10 person to an 8 person house. I did not agree. I do not know the reason yet. There we had to wait because the house had not been cleaned yet. We received a voucher for the catering there on the spot. When we wanted to pay in the snack bar with that voucher it turned out not to be activated. So just pay. The next day back to the reception ... there was little to do .. had to wait for a manager who would only be Monday.Cond eventually to many phone calls still get the money terug.Veel hassle so for a weekend.
