Construction site on the street in front of the house, noisy work there started before 7am. Sometimes you couldn't drive out, you were trapped. All this for an extremely high price of the apartment, but no discount for it. In addition, initially more than 100 euros too much were paid to Belvilla, for which there was no refund. To the apartment itself: in itself (without the construction site) quite nice, homely. Attention: no wardrobes! And - in the year 2023(!) - no dishwasher (but grotesquely there are two dishwasher tabs in the starter package). Things like "Nespresso" are advertised as special, as well, in all seriousness and even more curious: the existence of sink and bathroom. Then why not a dining table, mattresses and a sofa? Nowhere does it say that there is no closet, which one would take for granted. About Belvilla: Hard to reach directly (personal experience from the past few years), no incoming email, no telephone number, just a very anonymous "live chat" with which one got along, albeit with difficulty. Conclusion: never again.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in a beautiful location near the dunes and the beach and within walking distance of the center of Zoutelande. Minuses were the lack of water pressure in the rather dark kitchen and sometimes upstairs when showering and the lack of a toilet upstairs. Southwest facing balcony was blissful.
