What a fantastic place! The kids loved the nearby playgrounds, and we enjoyed the quiet surroundings, The villa was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was very helpful, It was the perfect spot for a family holiday

Hallo team, wij hebben een mooi weekend achter de rug en de locatie van de villa is top! We hebben echter wel wat verbeterpunten geconstateerd en hopen dat deze serieus worden opgepakt. Hieronder een lijstje: Vieze tuinstoelen met groene aanslag. Lampen boven de eettafel zijn vies Maar 6 vorken in een huis voor 8 personen Geen ovenschalen Roede zolderkamerraam achter is kapot Bolderkar is stuk Horren zijn vies Loungebank buiten zat onder de hondenharen Verder was het hele huis niet goed schoon, de vegen zaten bijvoorbeeld nog op de spiegels. Wij denken dat jullie service wat dat betreft nog beter kan. Wij vonden de mensen van de receptie erg vriendelijk en bedanken jullie voor de gastvrijheid.

Persistent problems with the sewage in our house, so the water in the shower does not drain and there is bad smells in the rooms. The curtains are not clean and in general our house looks very used and not particularly clean.

House was fine. It was disappointing that there were so many extra service costs that we had to pay to the Roompot.

Beautiful cottage of high quality and comfort

Upon arrival, the accommodation made a very good impression at first glance. It later turned out that we could not find sufficient general information. On the tray there was nothing to be found about garbage disposal, operating the fireplace (which we didn't get on either) or other everyday things. In the kitchen some little things were missing such as good knives or scissors that would have been useful in cooking. The aforementioned things unfortunately had a negative impact on the otherwise very good condition of the accommodation. We were already familiar with the area from various vacations and we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice park, living room was disappointing in size. The photo is wrs. taken with a huge wide-angle lens. Bedrooms fine. Minus the cleaning. On the ceilings a lot of cobwebs with crane flies and under the beds it was not clean either. Handrail on the 2nd floor was loose and could not be fixed. That was a pity. Had dinner at the park one evening and that was fine.
