Villa in Netherlands with Private Sauna & Bath

The holiday villa looks nice/well maintained. You can park 2 cars in front of the door. And they had stretched a net in the garden to prevent our little man from rolling straight into the ditch. We are with a 16 month old child. We did miss the child safety lock on the sockets. There was a stair gate available. We rented a playpen, camping bed and highchair during our stay. This was ideal so that we did not have to bring this ourselves.

The welcome was warm and welcome. The cottage was neat and clean. The 2 small things like a radio that did not work (tv did it so radio via tv was fine) and a small nail that stuck out a little bit with a wicker chair was quickly fixed. Pool was clean and quiet so nice to swim. Restaurant was good. There was a lot to do for the children during the weekend. We enjoyed the sauna and the hot tub. In short, had a wonderful week in November.

House was not clean.in kitchen still crumbs, in toilet pick her on the floor. In bedrooms a slipper, there were still socks and there was still shampoo in the shower at the sauna. The shower did not drain properly and the tank was full. Immediately reported on arrival but otherwise not responded to during our 14 days stay !!!!!

The area was very against us and the villa with terrace had some flaws. Fridge pretty small for 4 people. and that while it is a villa for 6 people.

Beautiful house with all necessary amenities. Only an oven is missing for me. Relaxing in the sauna after a day of cycling. Pool is pretty basic but for me very suitable for swimming laps.

Arrival was fine, could go directly into the cottage. The park itself, lots of playground for children!

The villa we received did not have the unique architecture as shown on the photo. We had a regular house but with private sauna and whirlpool. Maintenance could be better. A lot of cobwebs and spiders and on certain surfaces (eg headboard bed) there was dust and not 1 week.Dirty coffee filter was still in the coffeezet.Op the pillows in the couch were there spots.We could also First days do not eat in the restaurant due to short staff. In itself no problem but then it must be indicated so you can choose where you eat elsewhere in the park or outside. Now in the evening we were housed elsewhere in the park where we normally would not be eating. Environment okay.

We were married for 25 years and went to celebrate in a luxury belvilla cottage. Upon arrival it turned out that our luxury Belvilla house stood on a Roompot park ... That was noooooo my intention! We were shocked! We thought to come to a beautiful belvilla park! You book a luxury 6 person cottage, you get a very sober, very dirty, and too small for 6 people huis.Meeneen went home, all correspondence / conditions read and exactly once the name Roompot was mentioned under "contact person". Furthermore everywhere Belvilla and Aquadelta. According to the belvilla lady I should have figured out if Aquadelta was from Roompot ... I did not come across roompot at all during the booking on the belvilla site! So I did not look at the roompot, I did not have to look for that since I was assuming that Aquadelta was a Belvilla park! Of course contacted Belvilla, but it was clearly our own fault we had to find out what kind of park Aquadelta was and there was once, hidden, "Roompot" at contacts, so we could have known ... that it was on the belvilla site during booking is not discussed at all that it is from Roompot, is not intentionally done otherwise people go directly to Book Roompot, the lady also said! So it was also admitted that it was a kind of deception and if you step in it is your own fault! We finally received a gift certificate of € 50.00, and we lost € 400.00 ... Had to be our wedding week, became a fiasco ... shame Belvilla ...
