There are various different types of detached, sustainably built bungalows. This includes two types of single-storey 4-person bungalows.
The NL-3249-14 is a spacious bungalow with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds which can be set up as a double. The bathroom has a shower and there's a separate toilet.
There is also a more luxurious variant (NL-3249-15). This type of bungalow has an open kitchen with cooking island. There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds (which can be set up as a double), and two en-suite bathrooms with shower. In the hallway you'll find a separate toilet. The sun loungers are not standard in the house, these can be requested with our customer service at preferential costs.
Both bungalows are modern and comfortably furnished and have a living room with smart TV and decorative fireplace. There is an open kitchen with a combination microwave and dishwasher. A storage room with washing machine and dryer complete the picture. There is a garden, which you reach through a glass sliding door from the living room, with a terrace and garden furniture. You look out over the nature reserve. You have a charging point for electric bicycles and there are two parking spaces at the bungalow.

Had a TOP holiday at a TOP location! House was very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated and fully equipped. Surrounding garden offers a lot of privacy. POINT OF ATTENTION: -fan in the toilet no longer works. It worked for the first few days, but it already made a lot of noise. The day before departure it was completely out of service. TIPS: -extra clothes hangers in wardrobes -tablecloth for the outdoor table. The table shows deposits from the outside air and cannot be wiped clean. Less inviting to sit here. -hand trigger for the shower areas

If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place for you! There were 2 of us with a dog and we had a very comfortable house for 4 people, each bedroom has a separate bathroom with a very large shower, sink with a small cabinet for toiletries and heated towel rail. The toilet in the house is separate, like a small guest bathroom. Living room / dining room with open kitchen is very nicely furnished, kitchen equipped with very modern appliances u. a. Induction cooker with lowerable extractor hood, oven with grill function and integrated microwave. Garden is equipped with table, chairs and sunbeds, each house has a nice piece of land with a meadow and a parking space in front of the house. The house was very clean (big praise to the cleaning staff) we felt completely comfortable. Now for what could be improved, pot holders or gloves for the oven would be great as well as a splatter guard for the frying pans to make cleaning up after cooking easier. We will definitely be back 5 stars.

Everything very modern. The fireplace is great. E-bikes can be rented on site, other bikes in Herkingen. You have to make beds yourself because of Corona. Bed linen is packed, if it is not clean, you get new ones. Although it is washed and can only be on it from the laundry. The only thing that bothers you is that the fans always turn on when you turn on the lights in the bathroom, regardless of whether you want to take a shower or not.

The Zeedijk park is brand new. We liked that they are not cuddly houses, but modern on the outside and inside. We found the furnishings comfortable and cozy. Unfortunately, we were not lucky with very bad Easter weather and the corona measures that are still in place. Thanks to the pleasant house, we still had a good time. There is an enormous amount of walking and cycling on good cycle paths.
