About Property

This is an 80 m² apartment with a separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom. A second toilet is located in the hallway. The loggia is actually an enclosed balcony offering a great view from the eighth floor. The well-equipped kitchen includes a four-burner stove, a dishwasher, and an oven (microwave + convection).

The bedroom has two separate mattresses that can be electrically adjusted. The TV offers many channels and Netflix.

The bathroom has a spacious shower but no bathtub. It has a toilet, and a second toilet is located in the hallway.

We have a non-smoking policy, except on the loggia/balcony.
