The cottage is very nice and spacious in terms of decor and fully equipped.

The house is beautifully and modernly furnished. Unfortunately the house wasn't that clean when we arrived. In the kitchen, for example, we still found leftovers from our predecessors and the hob was also smeared with grease. There was dust everywhere, which is less desirable if you have allergies. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. Unfortunately, there is no hairdryer. The garden is large and not visible from the outside. We still have a relaxing holiday here.

A very nice house. The architecture is very successful. Flooded with light, you always feel like you're surrounded by greenery! Very nice facility. Check-in absolutely uncomplicated. Each room has a bathroom, just great for families. Very quiet. Great and mature garden. Super charging options for four e-cars. Texel is very beautiful and a great holiday island. Great beaches, great scenery, great bike paths. Quiet and little trouble, despite the high season. Withdrawing and being alone is always possible. A small drawback: the bathrooms and beds were very clean when we moved in. Very good. But it was partly very dusty and a bit dirty. Carpet lots of stains, should be replaced. Conclusion, despite the small lack of cleanliness: highly recommended, we'll be back!

Beautiful house, everything very clean and perfectly maintained.

It is a modern, wonderfully luxurious house with 3 very nice bathrooms. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. A beautiful garden surrounds the house, with a good dining table and chairs and 2 lovely sun loungers. The beach is easily accessible via a nice walk. Also very nice is the service in the form of a phone call the day before arrival with any latest information worth knowing.

The location and the cottage are really good. The decor is modern, and the house was well cleaned. But..... The reason that we judge it as "reasonable" has to do with the fact that the drainage of dirty water in the house where we stayed (16B) is not good. The whole house stank of sewage air during our stay. It was not cleaning, because shower and toilet were clean. But the water did not drain well in 1 shower room, when the dishwasher was running it bubbled gigantically in the kitchen drain and from shower drains came a really dirty well smell. We reported this at the beginning of our stay (it was already smelling when we walked in), and we were told that it would come from not using the house for a while and that it would soon be over. That was not the case. It would be wise to really work on this, and not dismiss it as something small that happens every now and then - because that seems strong to me.

We love it here. The villa is very beautiful and comfortable and feels like home away from home. From here you can explore Texel (on foot, by bike or by car) easily. We will be back!

These houses are just new and equipped with all the latest amenities you can expect in such a villa cottage. Lots of privacy and quiet surroundings. We have enjoyed this beautiful house with 2 teenage daughters, who had their own bathroom. The location is also very favorable in Texel, highly recommended for anyone looking for a great beautiful house with lots of space around you.

We stayed in this lovely house for a week in August. It is spacious and equipped with every luxury. It is a small-scale park with a lot of privacy, we hardly saw any other neighbors. It is a ten minute bike ride from the beach and to the koog. I recommend it to everyone.
