Charming and cozy studio apartment for 2 people on Ruijslaan in the seaside resort of De Koog. Located near the forest and dunes, it's within walking distance of the North Sea beach.
The cozy living room with a sitting area features a TV and French doors leading to a sunny terrace. There's a dining table for 2. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a convection oven, a 2-burner induction cooktop, and various coffee machines.
The sleeping area is furnished with a double box-spring bed (140x200 cm) and a sink. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The wardrobe is located in the living room.
The fully enclosed garden with a terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a parasol. A clothes rack is located in the garden shed.
Free Wi-Fi. Private parking is available at the apartment. Children's furniture can be rented for a fee.
The apartment is adjacent to our holiday home at Ruijslaan 13A. These apartments can easily be combined if desired. The gate that is normally closed can be opened, making it one whole.
Remarks
Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
