The spacious living room includes a sitting area with a TV and a dining area with a dining table for 4. The well-maintained open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, combination microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and various coffee makers.

There are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a comfortable double box-spring bed, while the other bedroom has two comfortable single box-spring beds and is located in the middle of the apartment, so there are no windows overlooking the outside.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, and sink. The toilet is separate.

The south-facing balcony offers stunning views of the North Sea, the dunes, and the seaside resort of De Koog. Garden furniture is provided.
