The bright living room features a sitting area, TV, and a dining area with a dining table for 4. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, including a dishwasher, induction cooktop, combination microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and various coffee machines.

The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a double box-spring bed, and the smaller bedroom with two single box-spring beds. The smaller bedroom is located in the center of the apartment and therefore does not have a window with a view outside. The well-maintained bathroom has a walk-in shower with a rain shower head and a sink. A separate toilet is located in the hallway.

The south-facing terrace offers views of the dunes, the seaside resort of De Koog, and the North Sea. Garden furniture is provided.

A laundry room is available in the complex for a fee. Children's furniture is available upon request and for a fee. Free Wi-Fi is available. Smoking is not permitted. One parking space is available on-site per accommodation.
