The spacious living room on the ground floor is filled with natural light thanks to large windows, and offers a cozy sitting area with a Smart TV featuring Dutch and German channels. The open kitchen invites you to cook together, equipped with a dishwasher, 4-burner hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, waffle iron, and handy mixers for your favorite recipes. Underfloor heating runs throughout the tiled ground floor, making it extra comfortable in every season. Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with twin beds, as well as a second toilet for added convenience. The modern bathroom on the ground floor has a spacious shower, sink, and toilet.

Step outside to a private, south-facing garden terrace where you can relax on garden furniture or unwind on the loungers, surrounded by peace and greenery. A large storage room and private driveway with space for one car add to the ease of your stay. Guests can also enjoy the family-friendly park’s indoor swimming pool, sauna, solarium, or mini golf (some facilities for a fee).
