Inside, the living room is a cozy retreat, furnished with two comfortable sofas and a spacious dining table that seats six, ideal for family meals or game nights. Enjoy entertainment from the cable TV with Dutch and German channels, and take advantage of the printer for all your needs. The open kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy your culinary desires, featuring a dishwasher, filter coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, and a 4-burner gas cooker, along with a combination microwave and toaster. A high table with stools offers a casual spot to enjoy your morning coffee. In the utility room, a washing machine and dryer make stays effortless.

This delightful villa boasts three bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), and two upstairs, each with its own spacious double bed (160 x 200 cm and 160 x 210 cm). All beds have single mattresses with duvets, ensuring restful nights. A cozy cot is available in one of the upstairs bedrooms, along with a chest of drawers. With two bathrooms and an additional separate toilet, convenience is assured. Step outside through the garden door to a sunny garden, featuring a beautifully arranged terrace perfect for relaxation.
