On the first floor are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a second bathroom with a walk-in shower and a double sink. There is a separate toilet on the first floor as well. Surroundings The holiday home is only 6 km remote from the beach and the sea, so do not forget your bike! The surroundings are quiet, wide and green and the park is located next to 2 small lakes. The golf course is only 2 km away and Sint Maarten is an ideal starting point for a tour through North Holland. Sint Maarten is the starting point of various walking routes. Explore the cities of Schagen, Alkmaar and Amsterdam and from Den Helder you can take the boat for a day trip to the Wadden Island of Texel. This house is only rented as a holiday home.
