Walk down the narrow path, just in front of Paal 28, and you'll find villa Ransuil surrounded by tall trees. The 7,000-m2, open grounds literally make you feel you're in a 'different world'.
There's a spacious terrace with a nice, wooden bench, which is a great place to sit and relax. Children will love it here and there are plenty of interesting paths and dunes to explore nearby. They won't miss the wooden playhouse either. This villa has all the luxury you could wish for. From the living room, you can enjoy the views across the wonderful, green surroundings thanks to the nice, big windows. There's a lovely wood-burning stove in the corner of the living room, providing you with a cosy place to sit on colder evenings.
The 18-hole golf course 'Texelse Golfclub' is only a stone's throw away, the beach is one kilometre away and the village of Cocksdorp is about 4 km away.
There is an electric charging station for cars next to the house.
