If you love a beach holiday, this is the place for you, as you can choose between the large pool area with a separate children's pool and the long sandy beach. The apartments are arranged like maisonettes on two levels, each connected by a spiral staircase.

Activities nearby: On the 8 to 10 km long and wide sandy beach, a wide-ranging entertainment program is offered daily for three hours in the morning and in the afternoon. A shuttle bus takes you to beach sector no. 30 from the beginning of June to mid-September. This area appeals to children, teens, and adults alike. Additionally, there is the opportunity to participate in all kinds of water sports (for a fee). Rent a pedal boat, surfboard, or sailboat, for example. Paragliding is even possible. There are also courts for beach volleyball, soccer, tennis, and bocce on the wide beach.
Bicycle rentals for children and adults are available for €26.00 per week/bike, subject to availability (€50.00 deposit). Child seats and helmets are also available, subject to availability.
E-bike rentals are available for €26.00 per day (€50.00 deposit) - reservation is required.
Mobility: Not suitable for people with limited mobility.
Remarks
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
Only dogs up to 5 kg allowed.

The spaghetti party did not take place as announced :( - at least I missed THE event with live music etc,,,, The facility was quite acceptable - only the cleanliness was a problem, dirty sticky (dog hair etc,pp) floors (also on the Terrace), toilet and bathroom not cleaned, we first had to get cleaning supplies so that we could stay halfway in this apartment when I addressed this fact in the agency

This accommodation is absolutely recommendable, we (2 adults and three children) were very enthusiastic, when we booked we chose house type 1, it was a shady holiday apartment, so it didn't get too warm for the night and for jumping into the We only needed 3 steps to the pool, there are no loungers by the pool, the shopping mile, which is about 10 minutes away, invites you to linger for hours in the evening
