Newly built holiday home from 2018 near the beach of the bay of the seaside village of Magazzini. Located amidst olive groves, surrounded by greenery with a fully fenced garden, the house has the third and fourth bedroom with separate entrance and a fantastic view from the covered terrace which extends over the sea to the port city of Portoferraio. The slightly hilly area is characterized by olive groves and villas. Magazzini is a former fishing village and swimming opportunities. Activities nearby: Elba is not only a true paradise for water sports enthusiasts, but also highly recommended for cycling enthusiasts. In the hilly area the roads wind with fantastic panoramic views of the countless bays with crystal clear water. Highlights: 1 bottle of wine on arrival. Notes: -Electricity via solar panels. -The host comes regularly for garden maintenance-Mobility: Not suitable for people with reduced mobility
