Ideal for a group of friends, your furry friends will also stay happy in 3 bedrooms where 6 people stay comfortably. A km from Monte San Martino, a little village counting approximately 800 inhabitants and lying on a rocky outcrop. You can fulfill all your daily shopping needs but also find welcoming restaurants and an idyllic village square. The provincial capital of Macerata lies a drive away. This ancient fortress city has a maze of quaint little streets. In the open air theatre, Arena del Sferisterio, famous operas are often performed. Also around 45 kilometres away, you will find one of the most beautiful towns of La Marche, Ascoli Piceno. Please also note that the use of air conditioning will be charged separately at €0.50 per kWh. The spacious, grassy garden offers plenty of privacy and a wonderful view over neighbouring hills. BBQ, Sun-loungers, Terrace will add onto the fun.

A true oasis of well-being, we were there as a family with 2 adults and 2 children and it was dreamy, everything was clean and well-maintained, very spacious so you don't feel cramped. I had a car breakdown and even then the landlord selflessly helped me with communication with the workshop. If you want to look for something negative, then perhaps the mosquitoes and the partly poor road conditions. But we would book the villa again at any time.

Villa Barchetta is a beautiful and spacious home with all you need to relax on your holidays. Our family had an amazing time here, the kids loved the pool with waves and the games in the house. We enjoyed the stunning views and garden, the owners are very friendly, thoughtful and available if needed. Located directly in the national park close to Amandola and the falls. Would highly recommend.

The holiday destination Villa Barchetta is one of the most beautiful, best holiday homes we have ever used! The house is very well equipped! Everything is there. You don't really need to bring anything with you except for clothes. And a very special compliment to the owner Ariane, who looks after the pool and garden every other day and always helped us with information, suggestions and tips. Thank you very much. There are many great small and large towns in the area with beautiful old town centers. We will definitely be back!

It's a great house in a beautiful location. It was very clean and fully equipped. We enjoyed a week of the pool, the space in and around the house and the beautiful surroundings. The hostess is super friendly and comes by several times to clean the pool. In the garden you can find delicious herbs for cooking. We had a great holiday and will definitely come back again!
