A little gem in the heart of Capoliveri, converted from an old family home and completely renovated with great love and care. Here, where Nonna Domenica, my great-grandmother, once lived, you can still feel the authentic soul of the village.

The house, just steps from the historic center, offers magnificent views of Capoliveri and the Golfo Stella. It features a romantic loft bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, a comfortable sofa bed in the kitchen/living room, and a bathroom with a shower for maximum comfort.

Private parking nearby, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and Wi-Fi complete the house's amenities. There is a deductible for electricity consumption; once this is exceeded, you will be billed for the excess.
