A family paradise with breakfast included: Welcome to the Sisan Family Resort!
Bright and modern 3-room apartments surrounded by greenery not far from Lake Garda.
All apartments are located in the middle of a green and blooming garden. Each unit consists of a living room with kitchen, a double room, a children's bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a beautiful patio or terrace overlooking the garden. Garden chairs and a garden table for outdoor dining are also available.
Your room is made up every day by the friendly staff.
The entire holiday complex is car-free, and one free parking space is available per apartment.

The resort is just a few minutes' walk from the lake promenade that connects the beautiful towns on the lake shore: Bardolino, Garda, Lazise and Peschiera. The location is ideal for reaching the famous amusement parks in the area, such as Gardaland, Movieland, CanevaWorld and Parco Natura Viva. Ask at reception for discount cards.
Remarks
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
Some accommodations are suitable for people with reduced mobility and can be booked on request.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for our stay, The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed, While the amenities were decent, we especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, It was great to have a private beach nearby, and we took advantage of the bike rental to explore the scenic lake promenade, A good spot for a relaxing getaway, though I wish there were more dining options on-site

We just got back from a week at the Sisan Family Resort and it was a blast! The apartment was bright and cozy, perfect for our family of four, We really enjoyed the daily breakfast, it saved us tons of time in the mornings, The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home, Plus, the car-free environment was a big plus for us with little ones running around, Only downside was the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but honestly, we were too busy having fun at the lagoon pool and exploring nearby Bardolino, Would totally recommend this place for families looking for a chill vacation!
