Holiday Apartment 1 Maderno features a large bedroom with a wardrobe, a 160 x 200 cm double bed, a terrace with lake views, and a Smart TV, as well as another bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed and a Smart TV. The holiday apartment is located in a high-quality, architecturally exceptional, and modern complex in the style of a limonaia in Toscolano-Maderno, on a hillside, amidst an olive grove.
On the top level, you can relax by the 130 m² swimming pool with sunbathing area. From here, you also have a breathtaking view of the lake and the mountains. Sun loungers are also available for our guests.

From October 2023 to December 2023, the apartment will be newly renovated and partially refurnished.

You can treat yourself to a culinary experience or visit one of the numerous nearby restaurants.
