The apartments, recently built, are furnished in typical Sardinian style, and are arranged on four levels (ground, first, second and third). The property is located about 1.5 km from the beach of Marina di Orosei and a few steps from the center of Orosei (about 800 meters).

-The apartments can be located on the ground floor, second floor and third floor.
-All apartments are equipped with digital TV, air conditioning, washing machine, kitchenette with 4 gas burners, fridge with freezer and oven.
-Bathroom with shower, WC, bidet
-terrace equipped with table and chairs.

-TRANSFER: Olbia airport/port € 130.00 for a car for 1/3 people; € 180.00 for a car for 4/8 people. From 10 pm to 6 am there is a 30% supplement. Supplement

-Please note that this complex provides for separate waste collection.
-FINAL CLEANING: Included. The kitchenette must be cleaned by the customer or a supplement of €60.00 will be charged.
-Tourist tax: to be paid on site in cash, in force at the Municipality of Orosei. The amount may vary depending on the period.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: € 150.00, which will be returned at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the apartment. In case of departure outside of reception opening hours, the deposit will be returned.
The deposit will be returned by bank transfer, with costs charged to the customer (approximately € 5.00)
-Pets: Small pets (max. 10 kg) are allowed only in the apartments (no common areas), € 30.00 for additional cleaning.
-Mobility: Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
