Belvilla by OYO La Vite was a nice spot for our vacation, We loved the quiet countryside and the fact that we could bring our dog along, The shared amenities like the sauna and bubble bath were enjoyable, although it would have been great if they were included in the stay, The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, A solid choice if you’re looking for a relaxed stay in Perugia

+ the apartment is clean + the swimming pool is wonderful + the view is amazing + everything is beautiful + the lady who works at the agriturismo is very friendly - the air conditioning is not really working. There is one unit in the hallway for the entire apartment. That's my only point of improvement. And if I have just one little suggestion it's more outside furniture to lounge near the apartment. Overall I totally love this place!

Very nice and quiet site. Domain and accommodations were very neat and tidy. The owners were very helpful with questions, only they only spoke Italian, no English or French. Only downside: The garbage containers were not emptied during our 14-day stay, so at the driveway of the domain the containers were overflowing and odor nuisance gaf.Voor the rest a successful holiday!

I can't say enough good things about our stay! The mansion was spacious, with a lovely garden where we spent many evenings, The host was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home, It was nice to have access to a supermarket nearby for essentials, The location is also convenient for visiting attractions in Perugia, We will definitely be back!
